Preferences
The administrator sets and customizes the preferences for a customer account and user accounts inherit these preference settings.
Each user can override the inherited settings and customize how they want to display information in their personal account.
The most significant detail of your profile is the email address. This is used to recover passwords and deliver any notifications from the platform. Users without a working email may experience issues signing in.
To change user preferences:

From the Personal User menu, click Preferences.

Use the drop-down list to set the following preferences:
- Language
- Time Zone
- History Limited to (number of days)
- Options: 1, 7, 10, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days
- Reports Default View
- Options: List View or Dashboard View
- Temperature Format Display
- Options: Whole Number or Decimal
- Hide Fields with No Value (toggle on or off)
- Pressure Unit
- Options: Pa, kPa, or Psig
- Date Format
- Measurement Unit
- Time Duration
- Options: Minutes, Hours, or Days
- Latest Report Within
- Options: Value between 1 and 180 days
- Two Factor Authentication (toggle on or off)
- Show all results on map (toggle on or off)
- Default Landing Page on sign in
- Many options - click one to select as default

(optional) Select an option at the bottom of the page to set the default landing page for your user. A check mark appears on the selected landing page graphic for easy identification. This selection remains active until the preference is updated.

Click Save.
Reset allows you to return all changes to factory defaults.
